Hello LASHFM members. The Board hopes all is well with you as we close out 2021. Speaking of closing out 2021 please mark your calendars, hold the date and plan to attend our Fourth Quarter Meeting. The meeting is going to be held in Covington Louisiana, Friday December 3^rd at the Louisiana Organ donor procurement Center, 68190 Highway 90 Service Road, Covington, Louisiana 70433. We have put together a day for our members which will be both informative and fun.

Our presenters will be Wayne Klingelsmith, MBA, CHFM, FASHE with MSL Healthcare Partners, Inc. Many of you know Wayne and that he is an excellent speaker. He will provide updates on the Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety. He will review actual findings from surveys in the past three months.

Automated Controls is providing Jeremy McCullough who holds a BS in Business Computer Information Systems. Jeremy will discuss the direction of energy in the world and how we need to use data to make better decisions.

Guarantee Restoration Services is providing Craig Schreiner who will talk about water mitigation and the drying process in a hospital setting.

Last but certainly not least, we are pleased and honored to announce the President of ASHE, Tony Suarez along with ASHE region seven Board Member Michael Hatton will be attending this meeting. They will bring us the latest on what is happing nationally with ASHE. 

The weather is getting better and Covid numbers are down, so get to the website at www.lashfm.org and register for the meeting.
